Minnow is a considered specialty coffee experience in a small, mobile footprint - espresso and matcha brewed to-order, cold brew, seasonal drink specials, and treats prepared by local bakers, served from our custom cafe cart at pop-ups and events all around the Valley. That’s the gist, anyways.

Our Menu
Our drink menu consists of classic espresso drinks and fine Japanese matcha, perennially available at our pop-ups and events, as well as rotating single-origin brewed coffee (hot or cold, depending on the weather). Our seasonal drinks change every few months and all of our rotating syrups and special additions are made in-house. You’ll also typically find a few sweet treats available on the cart in limited quantities.
Our Suppliers
Minnow is proud to serve and sell coffee from ilse Coffee Roasters, based in North Canaan, CT. They source tons of vibrant and unique coffees and roast them just so to highlight each coffee’s distinct flavor profile. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better cup than theirs. We also serve matcha from Hugo Tea, who sources expertly grown matcha directly from Japanese farms. Our milk and fresh ingredients come from farms around Connecticut, and our baked goods come from the talented folks at Eight Mile Meadow.
