Minnow is based in Chester, CT and works in-tandem with local shops and orgs around the Valley to host pop-ups and coffee residencies. We also serve at a few special events here and there. Our Menu
Our core menu is anchored by dynamic single-origin coffees, classic espresso drinks, and fine Japanese teas - perennial staples you can enjoy year-round. In addition, we like to offer a small selection of special drinks that reflect the seasons and utilize local ingredients. Our seasonal offerings rotate periodically as ingredients are available—you can find our most recent menu updates on Instagram.
Our Partners
Minnow is proud to serve and sell coffee from ilse Coffee Roasters, based in North Canaan, CT. They source lots of beautiful and unique coffees, and you’ll be hard pressed to find a better cup than theirs. We serve matcha and other teas from Kettl in Brooklyn, NY, who bring in fresh teas weekly from their farm partners in Japan. Fresh ingredients come from farms and vendors around Connecticut, oat milk comes from Minor Figures, and our baked goods come our friends and neighbors at Eight Mile Meadow.
